The USDA and Natural Resources Conservation Service in Louisiana are hosting a series of soil health workshops across the state through November. Farmers and ranchers are invited to come learn more about the importance of soil health, cover crops and forage management in pasture and row crop production.
Guest speakers will include Ray Archuleta, Conservation Agronomist from the NRCS East National Technology Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, as well as several soil health and cover crop specialists.
